As our practice caters for a broad range of patients including the elderly and vulnerable, we ask that you DO NOT come to the practice even if symptoms are mild.  The most susceptible to the virus are older people or people with low immune systems or pre-existing chronic health conditions.

Protecting our patients and our entire team is critical and we have extensive infection control planning and protocols in place. This includes social distancing throughout our waiting areas.

We are currently asking that ONLY  support person attend and will be asked to wait in another area unless medically necessary, this will minimise the amount of people in our clinical areas at this time, thank you so much for your co-operation.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a respiratory illness caused by a new virus. Symptoms range from a mild cough to pneumonia. Some people recover easily, others may get very sick very quickly. There is evidence that it spreads from person to person. Good hygiene can prevent infection.

Once again please do not attend our clinic if you suspect that you have coronavirus, for example:

  • Fever, sore throat, dry cough, breathing difficulties or vomiting
  • Have been to Victoria or to any of the South Ccoast, NSW & Greater Sydney hot spots in the last 14 days.
  • Have had close contact with a confirmed case of the coronavirus infection
